The present day, and the 1980s. Telling the tales of people who made television in two different eras, “The Ghost of Television” ponders the raison d'être of television, as it portrays the inner struggles of television professionals, and human existence itself. Written and directed by popular television creator Suzuki Osamu, the play stars Imada Koji, Seiya (Shimofuri Myojo), Fujita Rei and Ishii Anna. As the world of entertainment becomes even more diverse, is it possible that television has already come to an end? 現代と１９８０年代。２つの時代でテレビを作る人々を通じ、テレビの存在意義やテレビマンたちの心の葛藤、そして人間の業（ごう）を描く「てれびのおばけ」。人気放送作家の鈴木おさむが脚本・演出を手掛け、出演は今田耕司・せいや（霜降り明星）・藤田玲・石井杏奈。 多様化するエンタメ業界。果たして、テレビはもう終わってしまったのか…？
